Whenever I listen to Geisterfahrer or Phantom Rider I alwayys get this thought for a music video
Bill and a girl, they have a fight and are depressed, Bill is like just let me give you a ride home so they are driving along then they suddenly crash, all goes white, then it like flashes back to the past when they were in love and memories, inbetween these memorie scenes are present of the crash, where Bill gets out of the car and tries to help the girl who is hurt/unconsious Then it flashes back to when they first met, about to kiss when bam it is back to the scene where they crash, except bill wakes up out of the car and goes to help the girl who is hurt but can't because his hands wont open the door and he realises as he looks over and sees the girl is crying and holding the real bill unconsious/dead in the car, he realises he is watching himself outside his body and is like ocrap then rides off into the night....on a magical motorbike Rather depressing actually. /sigh

Bill's basically fine, but the girl is in critical condition, so he feels guilty because he was driving. During the second verse he goes to see the car and starts to have flashbacks (Promises I scratched so deep in your empty seat...). The Geisterfahrer and Phantomrider videos will have to be different -same plot but different. In Geisterfahrer I see the girl visiting Bill in his dreams as an angel or something. During the last line (Geisterfahrer -fahren immer allein) Bill wakes up and the girl can either be in critical condition or dead. For Phantomrider, I see it as a 'therapy' video. Bill cannot shake the guilt of the accident. There's practically two Bills: one obsessed with loving the girl and taking care of her, and other completely consumed with self-hatred over 'what he did'. Since the last verse of Phantomrider is like "I'M HERE! -LEAVE ME ALONE!" I think it should be a Jekyll and Hyde Bill. One that's pleading to the girl, and other trying to isolate himself from the world.

i find myself wanting to sing both the girl's part and the lower harmony that bill sings in the live version at the same time, but that's impossible. but that is one thing i love about tokio hotel's songs- they always have great harmonies, and you can even make them up yourself.
